I am a strong believer in primary prevention, as they say, “A stitch in time saves nine”. This anti-inflammatory lifestyle will help you to maintain optimal health. People like me who suffer from autoimmune diseases or heart diseases in their early 30s are always searching for better ways to combat inflammation. Therefore, we need a lifestyle change to battle our disease. Starting from anti-inflammatory foods to good sleep and regular exercise is our only hope for having a good life.
