1tbsp ginger garlic paste

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 lemon juice

1tbsp soya sauce

1 tbsp yogurt

1- First of all, clean and wash chicken breasts and cut them into your desired pieces. It is better to cut one breast into 2 equal parts.

2- After that, put the chicken breast and all spices in a mixing bowl. Prepare a marinade while mixing all spices and yogurt, and soya sauce.

3- Then, apply this marinade to chicken breast pieces and leave it for 30 minutes to 3-4 hours.

4- Now, pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. After that, prepare the baking tray by sprinkling some oil on the baking sheet. In my opinion, a 400-degree oven temperature is best for juicy and moist chicken. Also, it requires less time than 350 degrees.

5- Bake the turmeric Chicken breast for 30 minutes. Finally, serve a juicy and beautiful yellow-coloured chicken breast with an enticing aroma.
